Bhel Lettuce Wraps


¾ cup Haldiram’s Instant Bhel

1 large head iceberg lettuce 

1 tbsp diagonally sliced spring onions 

1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

1 tbsp roasted salted peanuts 

2 tbsp bean sprouts

2 tbsp tomato ketchup


2 tbsp light soy sauce

½ tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp finely chopped ginger

½ tsp finely chopped fresh red chilies

½ tsp finely chopped garlic

1 tbsp castor sugar


  1. Dip: Mix light soy sauce, add ginger, garlic, sugar, fresh red chili, lemon whisk well and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Put Haldiram's Instant Bhel in a bowl. Add tomato ketchup, spring onion greens, bean sprouts, peanuts and toasted sesame and mix well. 
  3. Take a lettuce leaf. Add Haldiram's Instant bhel mixture to it and serve with dip
