2. 4 slices - bread
1 tbsp - chili sauce
2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
3/4 cup – Haldiram’s Bhujia
1 - chopped Onion
Butter to spread
Black pepper, a pinch
Salt to taste
3. 1.Spread butter on all the bread slices.
2.Take the 2 slices of bread and spread chili sauce on one slice and tomato sauce on the other.
3.Put chopped onions and bhujia on it. Sprinkle black pepper and salt according to taste.
4.Cover with the other bread slice and grill in sandwich toaster or shallow fry in a pan, adding a little butter while cooking.
5.Cut into squares and serve with yogurt, mint chutney or sweet pickle.
