Fresh mint leaves, green chillies

20 gms- mint

5 gms- green chilly paste

1gms- Roasted cumin powder

1 gms- black salt

Salt to taste

1 packet- Haldirams vyanjan dahi

1 packet- Haldirams boondi

(serves 4)



h)      Soak boondi in water for 5 mins

i)        Squeeze out the water from boondi

j)        In the mean time, beat the curd until smooth

k)      Make paste of green chilly and mint leaves by adding 1 tablespoon of water in a mixer/grinder

l)        Mix spices and the paste in the curd along with Boondi

m)    Garnish with Mint sprig

n)      Serve cold.
