INGREDIENTS

1 cup soft paneer (cottage cheese), well kneaded. 
1 tbsp grated garlic (lehsun)
 
1 tsp chili powder
 
2 tsp tomato ketchup
 
5 tbsp plain flour (maida)
 
3/4 cup Haldiram’s Bhujia
 
Oil to deep-fry
 
Salt to taste

1.Add the salt, garlic, chili powder, tomato ketchup to the kneaded paneer and mix well. 
2.Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions and shape each portion into a 50 mm. (2") long cylindrical roll. Keep aside.
 
3.Combine the plain flour with ½ cup of water in a bowl and mix well till smooth.
 
4.Dip each roll into the prepared paste and then roll in Haldiram’s Bhujia till well coated on all sides.
 
5.Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown .
 
6.Drain on an absorbent paper and serve immediately with tomato ketchup/ green chutney.
